The Rotary Club of Church Wilne recently welcomed Rotarians Dave Strange & Glen Foreman to its speaker evening. They gave an inspirational talk about the "Awards for Courage" they organise through the Rotary Club of Newark Castle.

This annual event recognises the tremendous courage shown by the recipients in overcoming adversity. These young people are nominated by local schools to receive this recognition.

The awards lunch has been run for the last 6 years and is widely supported within the local community, attracting a number of sponsors and support from, the Mayor, Chair of the local Council and Rotary District Governor.
